Project work is governed by a separate proposal, statement of work or contract. Those documents control scope, fees, timelines and ownership for paid engagements. Where they conflict with these website terms, the project agreement prevails.

Intellectual property

Site design, branding, copy and materials belong to NexByte or our licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Client deliverables are handled as defined in each project agreement.

Disclaimer

The website is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, NexByte is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be handled in courts located in Karachi, unless a project agreement says otherwise.
